Super Easy Wood Burning Project for the Fourth of July!!

Hey!
The Fourth of July is coming! Here is a super easy wood burned american flag for you try!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You will need:
A wood burner
A rectangular piece of birch bark
And a surface to work on
Start by plugging in your wood burner and while you are waiting for it to get nice and hot, sketch   the American flag out on your bark.
Now just trace your lines.
Ok...I thought when I first started wood burning that I didn’t have to sketch out my drawing first. Sketch it out!!! If you don’t your lines will be very bad, unless your amazing!
Add a lot of stars!
To make it look cleaner burn the edges of the bark!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

And your done!
I wanted to show you this technique so you have it in your head. You can do anything that you want with this technique! You could use this as a label for a gift (hole punch). You could use is for decoration. Or you could burn it and then paint it.
Let your imagination go wild!
