DIY Fourth of July confetti launcher

Hi!
Today I am having  a guest post!
Rylee went a little crazy this year planing a little Fourth of July party with some friends from out of town. So I though I would have her show you one of the cool things she made!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Here is a list of the things you will need:
Red plastic cups(or blue)
scissors
confetti
clear plastic wrap
small elastic or rubber binder(red,white or blue)
Start by taking you cup and cutting a small slit diagonally at the bottom of the cup.
Then cut out the bottom of the cup.
Next cut two small pieces of your clear plastic wrap. Take one piece and lay it tightly across the bottom of your cup and then do the same with the other piece(right on top of the one you just did).
Then take your small elastic and place it around the bottom of the cup to hold the plastic wrap in place. then cut off the excess plastic wrap.
And lastly just take you confetti(aka cut up paper) and put a small pinch or two in it.
So then all you have to do is hold the cup upright, then slightly tilt it sideways and flick the bottom and confetti goes every where! I hope you have fun making these confetti launchers!
